Multi-Chain

Multi-chain describes any system that operates on more than one blockchain. A multi-chain dApp may deploy the same contract on several networks; a multi-chain wallet shows balances across chains in one interface. The opposite of multi-chain is not single-chain, it is omnichain — a more recent term suggesting native cross-chain message passing.
