Builder

In Hyperliquid, "builder" has a specific meaning: it refers to teams or individuals who deploy applications on top of HyperEVM and HyperCore — including new perpetual markets under HIP-3, custom interfaces, and bots. In a broader Web3 sense the term is looser and usually just means developers shipping on-chain.
