Hypercore

HyperCore is Hyperliquid's native execution layer — it runs the spot and perpetual order books, the matching engine, the margin system, and the validator set. HyperCore is not a smart contract platform; its logic is built into the chain. The HyperEVM is a separate execution environment running alongside HyperCore under the same HyperBFT consensus, and the two layers communicate through CoreWriter calls and read precompiles.
