Rate Limiting
Rate limiting caps how many requests a client can send in a given time window. RPC providers use it to protect their infrastructure from abuse and to enforce plan tiers. Limits are usually expressed as requests per second (RPS), requests per month, or compute units to account for the fact that not all calls cost the same.
