Unsigned Transaction
An unsigned transaction contains all the fields needed to execute a state change — sender, recipient, value, calldata, gas — but no signature. It is what you produce before passing it to a wallet for signing. Multi-sig and hardware-wallet workflows revolve around constructing and reviewing unsigned transactions before any private key is involved.
